From Providence and the East Bay:

Take I-95 South to the Jefferson Boulevard exit, exit 15 in Warwick, and turn left onto Jefferson Boulevard. Follow Jefferson Boulevard for .3 miles just past La Quinta, then turn left onto Elm Street. The clinic is located at the end of the street on the right, at 235 Elm Street.

From Warwick and points south:

Take I-95 North to the RI-37/Jefferson Boulevard exit, exit 14-15 in Warwick. Stay in the left lane, and follow the signs to the Jefferson Boulevard exit, exit 15. Turn right on Jefferson Boulevard. After .2 miles, just past La Quinta, turn left onto Elm Street. The clinic is located at the end of the street on the right, at 235 Elm Street.

From Route 295 and points north:

Take Route 295 South to Exit 3A, Route 37 East. Follow Route 37 East for 2.6 miles to Exit 4B, Route 95 North. Follow the signs for the Jefferson Boulevard exit, exit 15. Turn right on Jefferson Boulevard. After .2 miles, just past La Quinta, turn left onto Elm Street. The clinic is located at the end of the street on the right, at 235 Elm Street.
